The Longevity Show 2026

26th & 27th June 2026 | Levitas Group was proud to take part in The Longevity Show 2026, the UK’s first major consumer longevity festival, held at Tobacco Dock, London.

Bringing together over 150 global experts, the event combined a public exhibition with a business conference, creating a platform for clinicians, researchers, innovators, founders, and the public to explore the future of healthy ageing, preventative medicine, and human optimisation.
Dr Ash Kapoor, Founder of Levitas Clinic, contributed to two key panel discussions during the event. On the Headliner Stage, he joined the session “How to Choose a Longevity Clinic That Works,” which explored how individuals can assess longevity clinics, understand diagnostics and therapies, and identify the importance of clinical oversight when beginning their health optimisation journey.

Later, on the Business Stage, Dr Kapoor joined the forward-looking panel “The Longevity Clinic of 2035.” This session examined how AI, emerging technologies, and new clinical models may shape the future of longevity medicine, with discussion around the evolution of personalised, proactive, and data-informed care.
The event also featured a roundtable moderated by Dr Federico Fedel, Medical Co-Director of Levitas Group, titled “Brain Health Optimisation and Psychedelic Updates.” The discussion focused on the growing relevance of brain health, mental resilience, and psychedelic medicine within the wider field of longevity and preventative care.

Levitas Group would like to thank Phil Newman, Co-founder and CEO of Longevity Technology, and the organising team for the invitation to contribute to such an important event.

Our participation at The Longevity Show 2026 reflects Levitas Group’s continued commitment to advancing the conversation around longevity medicine, health optimisation, and evidence-informed approaches that support longer, healthier, and more resilient lives.

The Levitas Academy was honoured to attend an inspiring seminar with renowned peace pilgrim, educator, author, and environmental philosopher Satish Kumar at Daylesford Farm in the Cotswolds.

Approaching his 90th birthday, Satish shared insights from a lifetime dedicated to peace, sustainability, education, and the human spirit. Central to his message was the concept of Soil, Soul, and Society—a framework that highlights the importance of nurturing our relationship with nature, cultivating inner purpose, and strengthening our communities.
The discussion explored the growing need for humanisation in modern society, reminding us that health, wellbeing, education, and leadership must serve the whole person rather than simply systems and institutions.
The seminar was expertly moderated by Dr Guy Hayward, Co-Founder and Director of the British Pilgrimage Trust, whose thoughtful questions and reflections added further depth to the conversation.
The themes explored align closely with the vision of the Levitas Academy: to create a multidisciplinary learning community that bridges medicine, science, philosophy, nature, and human development in pursuit of a healthier and more compassionate future.
We extend our gratitude to Satish Kumar and Dr Guy Hayward for an unforgettable evening of wisdom, reflection, and inspiration, and we look forward to future opportunities for collaboration and shared learning.

The Longevity Med Summit

9th-10th May 2026 | The Longevity Med Summit this year highlighted a powerful shift in our field: neuroplasticity is emerging as a central pillar in the future of longevity medicine. Across the keynotes and discussions, it became clear that cognitive flexibility, emotional regulation, and adaptive neural pathways are not peripheral concepts; they are measurable, trainable drivers of long‑term vitality.

In our sessions on Sacred Vitality, we explored how structured neuroplasticity practices can reduce allostatic load, strengthen resilience, and create the internal conditions necessary for sustained physiological optimisation. What resonated most with participants was the understanding that vitality is not only a metabolic or cellular state – it is fundamentally a neural state shaped by the brain’s capacity to reorganise, adapt, and integrate experience.

We left the Summit energised by the depth of dialogue and the growing recognition that if we aim to extend healthy years, neuroplasticity must be treated as a core clinical pathway. The momentum is clear: the future of longevity medicine will be integrative, brain‑centred, and deeply human‑focused.

Dr. Ash Kapoor Presents at the IHCAN Summit 2025

15th November 2024 | We were proud to have Dr. Ash Kapoor represent Levitas Clinic at the IHCAN Summit, a premier gathering for leaders in integrative and functional medicine.

As part of the summit’s distinguished speaker line-up, Dr. Kapoor delivered a compelling presentation titled:

“The Inner Cleanse: Autophagy & the Future of Preventive Healthcare.”

In this session, he introduced the NOMAD Protocol, a clinically structured, autophagy-focused fasting method developed to activate deep cellular renewal without extremes, guesswork, or compromising well-being.

The NOMAD Protocol is part of our broader commitment at Levitas to evidence-based, personalised longevity care. We integrate advanced diagnostics, targeted therapeutics, and a root-cause philosophy to create interventions that support the body’s natural intelligence, working with it, not against it.

We extend our gratitude to the IHCAN community for creating a platform that champions innovation, collaboration, and the evolving paradigm of modern healthcare.

Collaboration Circle- Hudson

13th- 15th May 2025 | In Hudson, New York, Levitas Group took part in the Collaboration Circle — an intimate gathering where investment meets longevity, and visionary leadership shapes the future of health.

Hosted at the Ben Slome Residence and later at Pond Lily in the Hudson Valley, the events brought together extraordinary leaders including Dr. Espen Wold-Jensen, Emily Fletcher, Pavel Aeon, Joanne Kells, Phil Newman, Judith Mueller, and host Ben Slome. Together, we explored the intersection of neuroscience, regenerative medicine, conscious entrepreneurship, and longevity innovation.

From breathwork and psychedelic therapy to bioregenerative aesthetics and venture-backed health solutions, the Collaboration Circle was more than a meeting — it was a living model of what conscious collaboration can create.

Levitas Group was honoured to share pioneering programmes such as Psych Optimisation — our non-medical psychedelic therapy service — and Glacial Skin Bioregenerative Aesthetics, in partnership with R2 Technologies.

What defined this gathering wasn’t scale, but clarity: clarity of purpose, systems, and shared responsibility. Longevity, leadership, and collaboration emerged not as trends, but as operating principles for the future — and that future is already being built

10th June 2025 | Levitas Group was honoured to participate in the Founders Longevity Forum, a flagship event during London Tech Week 2025, bringing together the world’s leading minds in longevity, biotech, health optimisation, and human potential.

Our founder and Medical Director, Dr Ash Kapoor, delivered a keynote presentation on two cutting-edge areas in longevity science.

Dr Kapoor spoke alongside notable pioneers in the longevity and bio-optimisation space, including:

  • Dr Tamsin Lewis

  • Tim Gray

  • Erin Lee

A highlight of the event was the presence of Bryan Johnson, who shared an inspiring look into Don’t Die—his quantified, experimental framework for human longevity.

His insights set the tone for a day of radical innovation, scientific ambition and a powerful reminder that even the most optimised humans need quality sleep.

Levitas Group remains committed to pioneering personalised, integrative care for longevity and peak performance.

An Intimate Breakfast Panel hosted by Julius Baer at The Conduit, London

23rd June 2025 | Our Founder & Medical Director, Dr Ash Kapoor, was invited to join an exclusive breakfast panel hosted by Julius Baer at The Conduit, London.

In conversation with Damien Ng and Jamie Banks, and expertly moderated by Hannah Wise, the panel delved into the intersection of medicine, mindset and wealth and how these elements must evolve to support longer, healthier, more purposeful lives.

As the science of longevity accelerates, we believe that health must be redefined not as the absence of illness, but the presence of vitality, clarity and potential at every stage of life.

“This is not about adding years. It’s about expanding what those years can hold.”
– Dr Ash Kapoor

29th July 2025 |Health Beyond Disease. Wellness Beyond Limits. Reversing Biological Age.

The 8R Longevity Programme is now available at The HVN Knightsbridge — a comprehensive, integrative protocol designed to support long-term health and vitality. Grounded in diagnostics and regenerative tools, this approach reflects a shift in how we understand and support ageing: not as a condition to be managed, but as a process to be optimised.

Developed by Dr Ash Kapoor, the 8R Programme is built around eight core pillars of longevity, combining evidence-based science with functional medicine principles. The result is a highly personalised and proactive approach to health, aimed at addressing root causes and promoting sustainable outcomes.

The recent launch event, held at The HVN Knightsbridge, marked the beginning of this collaborative offering. The evening brought together professionals, partners, and guests who share a vision for the future of healthcare — one that is regenerative, preventative, and deeply individualised.

We extend our thanks to all who joined us, and to The HVN team for their collaboration and support in introducing this new phase of integrative longevity care.

Health Optimisation Summit

13-14th September 2025 | At the Health Optimisation Summit, London Edition, Levitas Group joined a full house of leading voices in longevity, biohacking, and health innovation. Dr. Ash Kapoor, Dr. Caitlin Scott, Dr. Vijay Vendra Prakash, Zeynep Esendemir, and Nami Yu shared insights alongside inspiring speakers including Barbara O’Neill, Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, and Tim Gray — making the summit feel less like a conference and more like a movement.

The event offered a powerful space to connect with like-minded practitioners, explore pioneering technologies, and exchange ideas that align with our mission of regenerative, root-cause health.

A special thank you to Siggi and Cassandra Clavien and The Liver Clinic for their generosity in hosting us at their stand. Their signature product De-liver-ance, now integrated into the Levitas 8R Plan, is proof that true progress in health optimisation is born from collaboration.

We left London energised, inspired, and more committed than ever to shaping a future where longevity means not just living longer — but living better.
