Dr Ash Kapoor at BSEM Training Day

5th June 2026 | Dr Ash Kapoor was proud to contribute to the BSEM Training Day, Ecological Medicine Approaches to Hormones, a leading educational event focused on fertility, preconception care, hormone replacement therapy, and longevity medicine.

As part of an esteemed speaker panel, Dr Kapoor delivered an engaging presentation titled:

“Testosterone: Addressing the Myths and Mysteries.”

During the session, Dr Kapoor explored the growing prevalence of testosterone deficiency, helping practitioners recognise the often-overlooked signs and symptoms of low testosterone and understand its wider impact on health, wellbeing, and longevity. The presentation examined the science underpinning testosterone replacement therapy, the role of other key male hormones, and important considerations surrounding fertility preservation and reproductive health.

Drawing on the Levitas approach to hormone optimisation, Dr Kapoor also discussed evidence-based treatment strategies, formulation selection, monitoring protocols, and the evolving understanding of testosterone in both men and women. Attendees gained practical insights into delivering personalised care while navigating the complexities of modern hormone management.

The event provided an excellent platform for knowledge sharing, clinical discussion, and collaboration among practitioners committed to advancing patient outcomes through functional, ecological, and longevity-focused medicine. We are grateful to BSEM and the event organisers for bringing together such a distinguished group of speakers and healthcare professionals.

13th May 2026 | On 13th May, Dr Ash Kapoor was a featured speaker at the PMPSA Conference, delivering a thought-provoking presentation titled:

“Advancing Longevity Beyond Cellular Medicine.”

In this session, Dr Kapoor shared his journey through conventional medicine, cellular longevity, and the emerging frontier of energy optimisation. Exploring why many current health approaches continue to fall short, he examined the relationship between stress, energy production, and human performance, highlighting the growing importance of understanding health through a broader, more integrative lens.

The presentation challenged attendees to consider the future of longevity medicine beyond cellular interventions alone, introducing concepts around energy longevity, the mind-body connection, and the use of individuals as real-time biomarkers of health and resilience. It also highlighted the Levitas 12R Approach, demonstrating how a structured, systems-based framework can support health optimisation while reinforcing the growing role of energy medicine and energy optimisation in the future of longevity care.

This event marked another important step in the ongoing conversation around health optimisation and the future of longevity medicine, reinforcing Levitas’ commitment to exploring innovative, evidence-informed approaches that help people achieve longer, healthier lives.

How to Live Longer and Better

An Evening of Insight, Innovation & Inspiration:
7th November 2024 | Prelude Room, Harbour Hotel, Guildford

The conference delivered an in-depth exploration of the core principles of Longevity Medicine, with a central focus on two foundational pillars: feeding the cell and protecting the cell. It emphasized the critical role these strategies play in supporting cellular vitality and preventing premature decline.

The conference also examined the broader landscape of disease, highlighting that symptoms are often the external manifestations of deeper internal system distress. Rather than treating the surface-level issues, the course encouraged participants to explore the root causes of illness, particularly systemic imbalances and inflammatory processes.

11th September 2025 | Dr Ash Kapoor spoke at Innovation in Diagnostics: It’s All in the Blood, hosted by Roche Diagnostics UK & Ireland in partnership with Inuvi.

He shared Levitas’ vision of longevity and health optimisation — how looking deeper into biomarkers allows us not only to diagnose disease earlier but to truly understand root causes, support cellular repair, and personalise health journeys.

At Levitas, we believe diagnostics should be more than data. They are the bridge to transformation — giving people the tools to restore, release, repair, and ultimately live longer, better.

We’re proud to be part of the dialogue shaping the future of diagnostics and longevity medicine.
